Shipping Policy
All products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to customer upon shipment. This means that risk of loss passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
We are not liable for delays in transportation including, but not limited to, severe weather delays, package handling errors, misroutes, and exceptions.
If a package(s) is lost, we will assist you in working with the carrier to open an investigation. During this time you have the option to remake your order. If the original package is located, the customer will be responsible for the cost of both orders. If the package is not located, you are responsible for costs incurred with the original shipment.
If, for any reason, your order is not received on time; a credit CANNOT be issued for package contents. If you paid for expedited shipping, and the delay did not occur because of severe weather or other act of nature, a request for a refund of any paid expedited shipping charges will be honored.
An executive order issued on July 30, 2025, suspends the duty-free de minimis treatment for all countries, effective August 29, 2025. This means that most low-value international shipments (under $800) will no longer enter the U.S. duty-free and will instead be subject to applicable duties, taxes, fees, and the requirement for a formal Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) filing. The suspension aims to address national emergencies related to illicit drug trafficking, trade deficits, and other threats to U.S. national security and the economy.
What is being suspended? De Minimis Treatment: This is a rule that allows individual packages valued at or under $800 to enter the United States without being subject to tariffs and customs procedures.
